We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase.
However, we can assist you if you need to return any item(s).
You must get in touch with us within 30 days of the delivery date to be qualified for a return!
Please be aware that we cannot accept the return of a used item. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns on products if a challenge has been scratched, a perforation has been torn, it has been written in, etc.
We can accept returns on products even if the plastic wrap is no longer intact and they haven’t been opened.
To get your return label, email vanessa@letsescape.co.za with your order number or start a live chat with us for more information. Your return will be processed once we receive your order, less the original shipping charges. A confirmation email for each refund will be sent to the recipients.

Send us an email at vanessa@letsescape.co.za or leave a message on our live chat window with your order number and the details of your return request. We will send you an email with further instructions if your order is eligible for a return.
Contact vanessa@letsescape.co.za with a photo and/or video of the allegedly defective product, and we’ll get you a replacement right away.
If you’d prefer to simply receive a refund for the defective item, start a return, and your money will be transferred back to your original payment method.
We cannot guarantee edit or cancellation requests will be met since your order will be delivered to our warehouse shortly after you place it.
We would be happy to assist you with a return, new order, or exchange if you were hoping to edit or cancel your order but it had already shipped. Contact us via live chat or email at vanessa@letsescape.co.za, and we’ll assist you with the next steps!
All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. You can expect to see the refund in your account in up to 10 business days. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for your records.
